"This office cant even handle adding a car to an existing policy. Ive been getting billed at double rate, with a vehicle left off the automatic payments for 4 months now. They first told me not to pay it as going back to add the credit is more work... Then tell me they cant fix it till the overdue balance is paid. I pay it, then expect it'll be fixed for the next month... Just to get the same loop over and over. Over 12yrs with state farm, and I am dumping all policies over this office. Get nothing but excuses from them. Edit : Got a followup call from Jamilah who at least took ownership of the oversights and mistakes that got to this point, unlike Will who I had talked to originally. Too little too late to keep me from moving, but its something. Ownership of the problem doesn't resolve it."
